At his first Open Show with breed classes Tamu won Best of Breed, followed by 1st in a variety class with 16 dogs present. At the end of the day, although he was handicapped by me hobbling on my damaged knee, he was shortlisted in a very strong line-up including several CC winners, to the last 8 dogs for Best in Show.
