Judges critique
"correct size male of excellent type & substance with superb mahogany markings, most attractive strong male head with excellent dark brown, correct shaped eyes & carrying near perfect ears of correct size, strong wide muzzle & large nose, mouth pigment mottled, again another male with a strong neck into straight front legs & good pasterns, enough front angulation which he really uses well, slightly long in loin which makes him look as if he needs to carry a tad more weight but an excellent ribcage. Long strong rear quarters which he uses well on the move giving very good length of stride, excellent strong flat coarse coat. I would have just liked to see him in harder condition which I know is more difficult to keep in the larger male but lack of condition is also easier to see"
