Judges Write Up:

This bitch started her run with a blind retrieve through a fence, which she completed efficiently. Working down an old hedge into a copse, birds that had been running on in front flushed downwind, providing some sport for the guns. She was brought forward for a difficult blind retrieve over a ha-ha into a garden. A slightly built Vizsla, she struggled with the height of the wall, and it took a lot of patient handling to get her to the point of fall and complete the retrieve.

Her second run took place along a stream, where she pointed and produced a pheasant that was shot and landed in the water. Again, this retrieve took a lot of handling, but the bird was eventually brought to hand. Ground treatment was not very good.

This bitch pleased the guns with her perseverance on retrieves and was given the Guns' Award.
