"Masculine outline with good overall build and correct balance. Good head broad slightly rounded skull, ears of good length and closely hung, nice shape to dark oval eyes. Well muzzled with good coat covering. Arched neck of good length, clean throat. Shoulders well laid, firm top line to moulded croup and well set and carried tail. Chest with depth, a body with substance and depth with ribs well sprung could be further back. Nicely presented and conditioned harsh russet coat, very good coating to legs which are well boned and balanced, feet could be tighter and more arched. Hindquarters strongly muscled and with developed thighs, powerful side stride, with good reach and drive." Jenny Miller
