What a fantastic day we had, this was Chieftan's first Championship Show in Limit this year (and his last) and he won his class! The judge said she had seriously considered him for the Reserve CC (if only!). We had some fantastic comments about him, thank you everyone, he wagged his tail and flowed around the ring throughout. The icing on the cake was in a huge Stakes class the Dutch judge awarded him 4th place with Champions present, Mr Hans Van Dem Berg is judging Goldens next year at Birmingham, fingers crossed! He clapped his hands after watching Chieftan move, a first for us! His £10 prize money was spent on dog treats, of course. An exciting week for Chieftan who has puppies due this weekend!
