"Sturdy brown roan of maturity. Pleasing head in profile though a little wide and flat in skull viewed from the front. Strong, straight front with excellent bone. Beautiful eye of good colour and expression with well set ear. Excellent nose. Square in outline. Good length through the ribs. For the ideal would like a touch more depth through body, however on the whole presents a picture of balance being built in the square. Preferred his movement to others in the class and therefore scored points on his overall soundness."
