This was Chieftan's first Open Show since May, he was Reserve Best of Breed at both of his Open Shows attended early this year and today went one better winning his first Best of Breed award and also being shortlisted in a gundog group with 19 breeds present.
The Best in Show judge liked him too and he won £10 with first place in a Stakes class.
