Mum Ailsa is a most beautiful Harlequin Great Dane with a calm and very loving nature. All our dogs are among the most extensively DNA tested Great Danes in the UK (and beyond): we do VHL/Combibreed, Embark AND Laboklin for anything not covered by the others. All have annual clear current BVA eye tests etc..
Dad Damian is a stunning stud dog who has **perfect** 0:0 hip and 0 elbow scores, clear DNA tests; he is perfectly put together with the most wonderful temperament; he is black carrying blue so with Ailsa will produce a wonderful rainbow litter of colours and patterning -- health and temperament however are our top priorities.
Mum and Dad's extensive genetic testing guarantees puppies will never develop any of the currently testable for genetic conditions that affect Great Danes and dog breeds in general. Their coefficient of inbreeding (degree of relatedness) is only 1.1% which is very low for the breed - the average for Great Danes is 4.3% and although the Kennel Club will allow higher still the lower the degree of related-ness between them the better.
Ours is a busy house with my parents as well as both of us living here and there is always someone home keeping an eye on the puppies during their first 8 weeks here with us; such a critical time in their development. Puppies have been brought up in the house and are used to various household noises and well socialised, used to people, cats and other dogs, chickens, ducks, goats and other animals. They have been introduced to car travel, crates, toilet training etc.. No expense has been spared with this litter. I have a Level 3 Ofqual Qualification in Dog Breeding And Puppy Socialisation (thoroughly recommended, ask me for more details) and practice ENS & ESS from 3-16 days old followed by an individualised programme of socialisation and preparation for their life with you, I am a Council Licensed Breeder and passionate about dogs; they are my world.
Puppies will be fully Kennel Club registered and come with a five generation pedigree, vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated [unless you choose to make your own arrangements], flea treated, wormed, come with 4 weeks of free insurance, a bag of the best quality specialist puppy food and a massive puppy pack which includes a slow feeder bowl, a puppy blanket smelling of mum and the rest of the litter and much, much more.
We offer lifelong 24/7 support and advice, puppy parties, holiday cover etc.. There will be a what's app support group for the litter. Puppies will be ready to leave October.
Please only contact us only if you have fully considered and researched what having a Great Dane puppy will mean and are 100% committed to providing them a 5* loving, forever home. (Please - no full time workers, no timewasters and no photo collectors)
