About Us

Our kennel is home to a loving pack of five Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Both parents of this litter are our cherished family pets, and visitors will have the chance to meet the extended family, including Sausage’s mother, Etta, and her half-sister, Crumble.

Meet the Parents
• Mum: Rubiltra Kitamu Soseji (“Sausage”)
Sausage is a sweet, gentle girl who adores people. While she enjoyed her time in the show ring as a puppy, she now prefers a quieter lifestyle at home. This is her first litter, and she is has proved to be an attentive mother.
• Sire: Saimon’s Praide Victorious Brabus with Rubiltra JW (“Brabus”)
Brabus, our handsome Russian import, is an accomplished show dog. Named Our Dogs Top Puppy in Breed 2022, he boasts six Reserve Challenge Certificates. A natural showman with a fun-loving personality, Brabus brings his confident demeanor to this pairing.

Our Approach

I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse with a deep commitment to raising healthy, confident, and well-socialized puppies. At Rubiltra Kennel, we focus on ensuring each puppy is prepared for life as a well-rounded family member.

Our puppies are raised in our home using the renowned Puppy Culture Program, which includes:
• Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)
• Exposure to enriched environments with varied sights, sounds, and textures
• Problem-solving exercises to nurture confidence and adaptability.

We incorporate a variety of play and learning equipment to stimulate and support the puppies’ development. They have been habituated to vehicle travel to ensure they are comfortable with transportation. Additionally, their crate training has already begun, and they are gradually adjusting to time away from their littermates by accompanying me to work. This helps to build their independence and confidence in new environments.

The puppies have begun their formal reward-based training, where they consistently offer a sit in exchange for treats, attention, or their meals.

These remaining puppies are now 8 weeks old and ready to transition to their new homes. However, I strongly believe in facilitating a smooth adjustment for each puppy by encouraging visits to build a bond and trust with their prospective family.

Establishing this connection ahead of their move is vital to ensuring a positive transition into a new environment with new parents. For this reason, I will not hand over a puppy to complete strangers, as it would not be in the best interest of their emotional well-being.

What to Expect

Puppies will leave us at 8 weeks old with:
• Full Kennel Club registration (endorsed)
• Microchipping and first vaccinations completed
• A comprehensive Puppy Pack, including:
• Vaccination card
• Vet-signed health certificate
• Guidance for settling your puppy into their new home
