Half show half trial bred dogs are a sought after mix when bred with care. They are very biddable and are the easiest dogs to train for novice handlers.
A number of the last litter went to working homes and are well on their way to making great shooting companions.
A pup from the original pairing has had success in her first working test, gaining a 1st place in puppy.
Sire, Afinmore Amsterdam (Dutch) has multiple assistance dog offspring including guide dogs.
He is a great producer of calm straightforward temperament dogs.

Dam, Tarncrags Jenny (Emma) spends the shooting season picking up on grouse in August finishing on the pheasants in January, working roughly 60/70 days a season. She is quiet and calm whilst waiting on the drives, yet fast and direct when asked to pick. Naturally a very stylish bitch.
