Our family dog is a fabulous five-generation pedigree Kennel Club registered fox red shade of yellow Labrador. We mated her to another gorgeous pedigree Kennel Club-registered fox red shade of yellow Labrador, and the result is a superb litter of pedigree puppies.

Mum (Dotty) is a beautiful, fun, loyal, kind, affectionate family dog. We have an autistic son and by default she has become a kind of therapy dog to him. She is so tolerant, eager to please and loves life. Health tested, with a five-generation pedigree, we could not ask for a dog with a better nature.

She is an amazing, laid-back yet attentive mother. She will be available to meet when you come to choose your puppy, and she will no doubt lavish you with licks and kisses!

Dad is an extremely handsome working Labrador. He is a very good hunting dog with lots of drive, an eagerness to please and a lovely, kind temperament. His owners report that he has been a pleasure to train.

It is important to note that we are not full-time puppy breeders. We are just a 'normal' family with children and other animals, living on a smallholding in the Scottish Borders. We love the experience of having a litter and you can be assured that these puppies will have the best start to their lives. Puppies will be exposed to lots of household stimulants and noises (the TV, the hoover, the blender etc), brought up with children (we have 4 young kids), and will be well socialised and used to being around other dogs and animals (we have sheep, goats and hens).

They will very much be in the centre of our house for their first few weeks with us, living in our country kitchen with people around at all times.

This is Dotty's second litter. Her previous litter have all been reported as extremely sociable, very trainable, well-rounded dogs. We have pictures of them and how they have grown if you want to see how this litter could turn out. One went to the Guide Dogs, is currently doing his training and is progressing extremely well.

The pups will be ready to leave for their new homes from the beginning of August, following their eight-week final vet checks, vaccinations and microchips. They will join their new homes with the following:

- A contract of sale for your peace of mind
