Outstanding fox red shade of yellow Working Labrador puppies to renowned FTCH
We are delighted to confirm that our deep fox red shade of yellow labrador bitch's litter has now arrived and we are taking reservations for anyone interested in a pup from this exceptional mating with Ace, FTCH Craigmaddie Mufasa of Bishopbrae and Rhu, Callanace's Dart of Fire. All pups will be a shade of fox red shade of yellow.

They will be good for working homes or to go to a home as a family pet. Due to their excellent pedigree these pups should be easy to train.

They were whelped on 18 April and leave our care 8 weeks after. We can look after the pup for an extended period if you are on holiday, please ask.

These are extremely well-bred, extensively health tested KC Reg Labrador puppies. All puppies will not be affected by PRA, HNPK, EIC, SD2, CNM, STGD and MCD. Both parents have great Hips/Elbows, Sire - hips 3/2, elbows 0, Bitch - hips 7/8, elbows 0, eye tests on both dogs clear and up to date (2023).
The In-breeding COI 6.6% which is very good.
The pups will be sired by FTCH Craigmaddie Mufasa of Bishopbrae, who was also 3rd in 2023 IGL Championship. He is very well bred and of a large athletic build. He was selected as the Reserve Dog for Scotland at the Game fair in England and has been selected to represent Scotland at the Scone Game fair 2021. He was part of the winning team at the KC International Working Test in 2022, part of the Scottish team at the Scottish Game fair, the Game fair and the Welsh Game fair in 2022. He was made up to field Trial Champion in 2022 and qualified for the 2022 Retriever Championship in 2022. He does numerous picking up days in addition to his competitive work. He has a beautiful nature and is brought up in the family home. He has 30 FTCHs,11 FTWs, 5 x 1st IGL, 1 x 2nd IGL, 2 x 3rd IGL in his 5-generation pedigree.
The pups have been whelped by our bitch Callanace's Dart of Fire. She is well- bred and has numerous Field Trial Champions in her 5-generation pedigree, incl. Aughacasia Sam of Drakeshead, Drakeshead Vodka, Pocklea Adder & Craighorn Bracken. Her Sire's Grandfather is a World Champion Master Hunter dog from the USA, "The Blast's Red Path" and she has numerous Master Hunters (MH) in her line, in total 18 FTCHs, & 1 x IGL winner, 2 FTWs, 12 MHs, 1 World Champion & NH (National Hunter Champion in her 5 generation pedigree.
We have her mother and kept one of her pups from a previous litter, namely this bitch dog Rhu, as her Mum has such a beautiful gentle nature and is very loving and intelligent, with Rhu being equally the same. When out working she is fast with a great style and a good scent nose, responding well to the whistle. She is highly intelligent and obedient, with a great ‘Off Switch’ when not working. She has great eye contact. Aside from this she is a very pretty dog with a deep fox red shade of yellow colour coat. She lives in the family home, so is well house trained, being especially good with children and a pleasure to own. This is her first litter.
In summary these pups come from parents with 48 FTCHs, 13 FTWs, 6 IGL Champions, 1 x World Champion, 1 National Hunter Champion and 11 MHs (USA Title for Master Hunter) in later life. This quality pedigree will help make these pups easily trainable which saves on lots of extra training costs later on in life. As they are in an environment where they have frequent interaction with humans, they learn to associate and bond with people making them very well socialised by the time they leave their mum.
The pups are being raised in the family home allowing them to get accustomed to household noises from birth which helps them with basic communication skills they will need in later life. They will be trained to the whistle from 3 weeks of age in order to help make training your pup easier by the time they go to their forever home
They will be used to being handled from birth and playing and interacting till they leave at 8 weeks, and they will be partially litter trained.
Once you reserve your puppy you will receive very regular updates with photos and videos of how your puppy is developing to start making that bond with him/her before you receive your new family addition.
They will have been regularly wormed every 2 weeks with Drontal from 2 weeks of age and will get a precautionary flee treatment given before they leave.
They will leave our care from 14 June 2024 at 8 weeks however should you require extended boarding due to holiday commitments we can help, just ask for details. They will leave with the following: -

Our requirement is that All puppies MUST go to a good caring and loving home, whether for working or as a family pet. They need to be with an active family. An enormous amount of care and attention has been given to breeding the best quality litter of puppies with all the required health tests being carried out. These are exceptional puppies who deserve this.
