Our extensively health tested, KC Registered, beautiful Chocolate Labrador Bessie has given birth to her first litter, of which two females pups are ready to leave on 18th September, sired by Saint Laurence at Verrad (Webley).

Webley who is also extensively health and colour tested, was sired by the award winning Grangemead Pluto, who has produced puppies which have gone on to work as dogs for the disabled, cancer detection dogs and diabetic alert dogs, along with receiving field trial certificates and a gun’s choice trophy. His dam is FTW Styleside Xanadu who is also a fantastic working chocolate pedigree. Webley is a hard hunting, fast game finder and for a young dog, his natural ability is amazing. He has a perfect hip score of 0/0, elbows 0/0 and ba current clear eye certificate. His tests are clear for CNM, EIC, HNPK.

Both Bessie and Webley have well-known and desirable Drakeshead working parentage within their pedigree.

Mum Bessie is our much-loved family pet who is very loyal and gentle, fantastic with children, other dogs, and all other animals. She is eager to please and was incredibly easy to train, both in the home and out on the field. Bessie’s hip score is 5/6, elbows 0/0 and she has a current clear eye certificate (Oct 22). Bessie also tested clear for prcd-PRA, CNM, SD2, HNPK, STGD & MCD.
Our Labradors are incredibly loving and well mannered, and we regularly get comments on their athletic appearance and how obedient they are. They love being part of the family, guarding the home and playing with our six children. They were trained as pups with the children's involvement so respond to commands from the children also.

The puppies are hereditary clear of CNM and HNPK by parentage which means that they are guaranteed to not be affected by any of these conditions themselves, and if bred from they can never produce puppies affected by any of these diseases. The puppies are being raised in our family home, having been handled from day one by all ages (three of our six children are toddlers!) so they are already used to a busy environment with lots of noise and activity and will be well socialised with our other dogs.

Our puppies are being raised with no expense spared. These thriving pups will be suitable for both active pet and working homes.

They have been wormed at 2, 4 & 6 weeks with panacur 10% liquid and will be wormed again at 8 weeks with Drontol, they have been microchipped, KC registered and fully weaned onto quality large breed puppy food. They have received their first immunisation and puppy health check.
