JOLIHEM... A family hobby Kennel, established in 1952, is home of the record number of SBT Champions in the UK. We only breed with the intention of keeping something for ourselves, so rest assured that every thought and experience has gone into producing this litter. Mum, Nikki, is now 4 years old and this is her first and last litter. 1 girl is currently available from a naturally whelped litter of 6.
Although Sarah has been a Ridgeback Championship show judge for over 20 years, and both her parents judged Ridgebacks at Crufts, this is the first litter of JOLIHEM Ridgebacks.
Jolihem and Eilack have a long shared history in dogs (including the joint affix WICKEDWISE), and we hope to preserve the Eilack Ridgeback line. The pedigree speaks for itself.
Both Nikki (mum) and Gamba (dad) have fantastic temperaments, and Nikki was shown by 5 year old Freddie Hemstock in Junior Handling. Although all our dogs are family pets first and foremost, we are very proud of Nikki's achievements in the show ring, she won well as a Puppy and Junior, but hasn't been shown post-COVID.
Pups have been reared in a family home, and "entertained" by 9-10 year old children, so all are very well socialised.
Pups will be wormed up to date (Panacur), chipped, vaccinated appropriate to age, vet checked for DS and heart murmur. Parents are hereditarily clear of JME, and mum has a tiptop hip and elbow score of 0/0 and dad has a great hip score of 4/4. We have one girl available from the 2 we ran-on.
