We are delighted to announce this exciting planned pairing between our beautiful girl "Gretel" Cavvies Clown with Clareleyviews Footsteps of Appollo "Ash"

This is Gretels first litter and puppies are due on or around 8th March 2020 and will be ready to go to their new homes at the beginning of May 2020.

Both Gretel and Ash are health tested, have wonderful temperaments and excellent confirmation, which shows their quality & elegance with top quality pedigrees, from show winning and working lines.

Gretel is a stunning dark liver and white spotted/ticked flashy girl, who is the most affectionate and gentle dog you could ever wish for. She's lived with young children and is very kind & well mannered. She is extremely elegant and fantastically agile and although she is not used as a gun dog is a great HPR dog with a natural stalk,stand and point and can turn her paw to anything. Having said that she loves nothing more than chilling out at home, enjoying being a family dog and being a sofa hog.

Ash truly is an impressive dog, who has a lovely gentle laid-back attitude that is complimented by his very biddable nature. He is an extremely well-bred versatile GSP, who loves to retrieve and has a lovely soft mouth and like most GSP's loves water! He has superb scenting and water work ability.

He is exceptionally well bred, sired by Castlepoint Akhenaten, which is one of the best lines left in the country for working dogs. His pedigree includes the renowned "Show Champion Isara Kurzhaar Bootlegger", Show Champion Barleyarch Cricket at Keigame and SH Ch Inchmarlo (famous for both their field trial champions and show champions).

This mating will produce top quality dogs that are a pleasure to live with, that have the attributes and capability of excelling in any given field, whether it is for working, show of simply a family pet.

The puppies will have an eclectic mix of working and show lines between the Dam and Sire making them level headed and highly trainable GSPs. If you are looking for quality in all aspects.... breeding, temperament, ability and looks then this will be the litter for you! They will share the same excellent temperament as their parents, as well as brains and beauty and will be an absolute joy to own.

I am expecting the puppies to be liver and white and stunningly marked.

We follow the Kennel Club's Puppy Socialisation Plan, ensuring that all our puppies receive the best socialisation and training at every stage of their early development. They will be brought up in our family home wit children and will be well balanced sociable puppies, enabling them to confidently fit into their new family life and we ask that you carry this on when you take your puppy home.

The health & welfare of these puppies is priority, we are looking for special homes where the puppies will live in the home as part of the family. They are an energetic and demanding breed of dog, and as such it is important that whatever future is planned for them, be it working, showing or just an active family pet, that they will be part of the family and given regular daily exercise, guidance & mental stimulation.

Gretel is first and foremost part of our family and shares our home, including the sofa! She loves nothing more than exerting her exuberance and energies gallivanting around woodlands and lakes, but equally chilling out and enjoying family life, lazing around and providing us with love and affection.
