I am a K.C. Assured Breeder, and have over 40 years experience of breeding Labradors.

Our beautiful Ruby is expecting a litter of black and hopefully yellow puppies around 9th. January.

The sire of her litter is the handsome Sh. Ch. Southridge Sky Rocket To Hannabee (Harley), (3CCs, 3RCCs), who has done very well in the show ring, having recently become a Show Champion. He is also a much loved family companion dog, and lives with other dogs, as a member of his owner's family, (including two young children). His temperament is impeccable, as is Ruby's.....so their offspring should make wonderful family dogs.


Ruby and Harley have had appropriate health tests. Ruby's hip score is 2:4, elbows 0, and she holds a current (June 2015) BVA Clear Eye Certificate, and is HNPK Clear. Harley's hip score is 4:5, elbows 0, and he holds a current (Nov. 2015) BVA Clear Eye Certificate and is prcd-PRA Clear.
Both parents' hip score results are considerably better than the average for the breed, their elbow scores could not be better, their "Clear Eye" certificates mean that neither has any evidence (at this point in time) of hereditary eye conditions (such as cataracts) and the puppies from this litter cannot be affected by PRA (a form of hereditary blindness) nor HNPK (a hereditary skin condition which can cause a dry scabby nose).
