Why are messages from Champdogs not delivered to my external email inbox ?

Unfortunately even after performing the above steps you may still not receive all your messages in certain circumstances. As an example we know at least one ISP will silently delete emails with the word "bitch" in the subject without notifying either the sender or receiver.
We would therefore recommend you check your Champdogs Mailbox regularly as our internal system reliably delivers all messages.
