How do I update my Futurepay Card Details ?
If you have created a Futurepay Agreement to automatically renew your Champdogs Membership and if you have changed your credit card or your card has expired you will need to update your card details.
To update your card details please do the following :
- Sign on to Worldpay
When you created your Futurepay agreement you will have been sent an email containing your Worldpay username and password. Please note this is different from your Champdogs ID and password.
If you can not find the email or you have forgotten your Worldpay username and password you can Request a Password Reminder. On the Password Reminder Page you must enter your Futurepay Agreement ID and the email address you used when you set up the agreement. You can find out your Agreement ID by using the Champdogs Membership Status page. The email address you used may also be listed on this page.
Important Note : Make sure you enter the Agreement ID and email address correctly and carefully. If you enter either of these values incorrectly you will not receive a password reminder and you will also not be notified you have made a mistake.
If you have entered the correct values and you do not receive an email please check your junk mail folders. If you are still having problems please Contact Champdogs and we will request a password reset for you.

We have been informed that that the original email you are sent may also contain another attachment which contains the password rather than it having been sent in a separate email.
Once you have signed on your Worldpay Account you will need to update your card details
- Update your Card Details
To update your card details :
- Click on the Agreement ID
- Click the "Update Payment Details" option
- Update your card details
