Kevin has had a brilliant show career so far as a puppy winning 5 best dog puppy classes (including Crufts 2023) and 6 junior classes at Championship Shows, over 20 Open Show Best Puppy in Breed wins, with 15 puppy group places,2 Best Puppy in Show and 3 reserve best puppy in Show (including HPR Scotland). He gained his Junior warrant at a mere 10 months and 2 weeks old.
Kevin was a finalist at the Gundog Breeds Association of Scotland puppy of the year and the Scottish Kennel Club Open Show puppy of the year.
He has won over 20 Best of Breed at Open Shows and has over 10 Group placings in adult classes.
He has a wonderful temperament and loves children and people.
He is now only lightly shown as he is concentrating on working as a Detection dog having passed the first part of his British Standard BS 8517-2.
He lives with his mother and sister in a busy household.

Up date on the bold Kevin (Thorscrag Hades JW). At a mere 25 months, he has been awarded the Show Certificate of Excellence (ShCEx) and Open Show Winner (OSW) making him the first and only GSP in Scotland to have all three, JW ShCEx OSW and only the second GSP in the UK.

Kevin has qualified for the Gundog Breeds Association of Scotland Open Show gundog of the year and the Scottish Kennel Club Open Show dog of the year (2024 + 2025), making him one of the top 16 Gundogs and one of the top 16 All Breeds in Scotland.

Kevin won his first dog RCC at Belfast Champ Show in 2025

Kevin won the gamekeepers Welfare Trust Trophy at Crufts 2026. This is for the top working HPR and he was reserve (2nd) in the big ring in the overall gamekeepers best in Show. This is on you tube Gamekeepers Crufts 2026.
