Our working Golden Retriever Barra

Barra has completed in various working tests and has won awards in both working tests and field trials.

Barra is a multiple field trial award winner, placing in 3 of the 4 field trials she has entered in the 2025 season so far. She has received a Certificate of Merit and 2 third place certificates, she has also received a trophy for the best retrieve at one of the field trials.

She won her 1st Novice working test in May 2025.

She was part of a team that represented the Golden Retriever Club of Scotland at the Golden Retriever Inter-Club in June 2025, the team came 1st out of 12 teams.

She competed in the All Age Retriever Competition at the Scottish Game Fair in July 2025.

Barra also works in the field during the shooting season as part of our picking up team.
