Meet Cleo! My first homebred puppy from Blossom X Enzo in 2021. Cleo is an absolute dream to train & full of character! I'm yet to find something she won't give a try. We began our journey into learning all things showing together which resulted in her qualifying and attending Crufts 2023 as not only an exhibitor but also as a demo dog for the Association of Pet Dog Trainer stand. At just over a year old, she didn't put a paw wrong whilst she demo'd several exercises whilst surrounded by large crowds and noise. We focussed more on the showing side of things until she was around 16 months old when we decided to take a break and began focussing more on the dog sports for a little while. She's now dabbled in mantrailing, scentwork, agility, hoopers, obedience & I couldn't say which are her favourite! She particularly enjoys swimming, hiking & gundog work and has just begun retrieving cold game. She is an excellent worker who is not easily distracted, she will focus on me irrespective of what is going on. She helps at my weekly classes and acts as a helper dog for many of my behaviour cases (I am a canine behaviour specialist and dog trainer). We are hoping to spend this next year having many more adventures and continuing some of her hobbies before she has her first litter in 2025. I also hope to get her registered as a Therapy Dog when she is a little older to follow in the footsteps of her mum and my other dog. She has come along on an "unofficial" basis and has really enjoyed the experience.
