This well marked mahogany girl was bred by Linzi Cuthbertson of Riollies Kennel, a breeder who I have long admired for their ethics. Breeders who health test consistently are few and far between, and those who genuinely provide advice as necessary and take dogs back for life even more so. While Alchazandis dogs have tended to be slightly larger on average, in other respects our breeding is very similar. With selection for classic markings, happy natures and away from exaggerated features or excessive drool, while also taking inbreeding coefficients into account. Behind Lovage are several generations of well balanced dogs with consistently good health tests, both hips and elbows, plus also good show wins and longevity.
