Beetle is a real mummy’s boy! He has the loveliest temperament and totally adores Andrea. Andrea takes him everywhere – he is one of the most versatile dogs you could have. Spending most of his time shooting with us, happy to be on a grouse moor or on a pheasant shoot – or just simply out beating. Fast and keen, but always in control. He has retired from trialling now and managed to get numerous awards in field trials in 8 second places.

We have used him extensively in our kennels on our bitches producing lots of great puppies – OF ALL COLOURS! He carries a heavy black and tan line which is so pretty! Sometimes producing liver and tan, (see Oakes.) Lots of people like to come and use Beetle because of his smaller size and has a lovely way with first time bitches.
