Lita is our first home-bred SWD bitch and was the breed's first ever Irish Junior Champion.
She was also in the first litter of SWDs bred on the island of Ireland, the first Crufts class winner bred in Ireland (she won Open Bitch and Good Citizens' Bitch and Best Bitch at Crufts 2012) and is the daughter of Chacha (Int Ch/ Ir Sh Ch Briarlow's Chacha at FiveNinePlus) our foundation SWD bitch.
Lita also won Best Bitch at Paignton Championship show in 2013.
Her name in Spanish means battered fried squid, which is probably about the same colour as she is!
Lita competes at obedience, agility and rally, and loves nothing more than a few water retrieves at our local reservoir!
In 2014, Lita gained her Agility Warrant (Bronze) and currently competes in Grade 5 Large.
At Crufts 2017, Lita followed her mother in representing Northern Ireland, this time on the first ever Inter Regional Rally Team at Level 2.
At Crufts 2018, she represented NI again in the Inter Regional Rally competition, at Level 3 and came 3rd, earning the team lots of points.
Then in 2019 she stepped up for the team to level 5 and got a spectacular 2nd
