Brook came from my first litter out of champion parents my gorgeous Maiya and the unforgettable Jarza. A red wheaten, substantial bitch standing at 26", she is strong, muscular and very active. Typically dignified with an intelligent expression. Brook is a real character with an amazing personality, an absolute joy to live with. She is always on centry duty and loves nothing more than to be outside patrolling the grounds. A real hunter of squirrels and rabbits, but her recall is amazing. Her temperament is sound although typically aloof and stand offish with strangers. She is very safe around all our livestock and the surrounding farms. A true ridgeback ready to hunt when she's out, but so chilled when she's in the house, insisting every night that she is actually a lap dog! Brook has been Haemophilia tested clear, and her daughter from the first litter is also clear.
