Harvey - The only working UK Show Champion!!
Sh Ch Herlinga Herveus (Harvey) excels in both the field and in the show ring. Harvey's puppy gundog training progressed very well, he now hunts with enthusiasm and style, holds point and is steady to flush. He is an excellent swimmer. A very affectionate dog and always eager to please. Importantly, a very reliable member of my working team.
Harvey is not at public stud, but he has sired some wonderful puppies that are now making their presence felt in both the show ring and in the field. His daughter Ruby has just become the youngest HWV show champion at 17 months old.
Harvey made history by winning Best in Show at the first Breed Championship show held in the UK, judged by Frank Kane, the Best in Show judge at Crufts 2012. Harvey was also awarded: Best of Breed & Dog CC by Valerie Foss at WKC Ch show 2011, Best of Breed by Anne Webster at Birmingham City Ch show 2011, Best of Breed by Sara Barnard at Three Counties Ch show 2012, Dog CC at WKC show 2012 by Dr Ron James and thus gained his title. Best Puppy in Breed at earlier Championship shows, a Gundog Puppy Group, Reserve Best Dog in Show and other Gundog group placings too - he's certainly dual purpose!
