Frankie, 'Montrev The One And Only' is a
beautiful, strong yellow labrador, sired by FT CH Meadowlark Big Rock Fendawood. His dam is our very own Drakeshead Eva, who was bred by John & Sandra Halstead at their Drakeshead kennels. His grandad is the superb past winner of the IGL Retriever Championship, FT CH Beileys Aguzannis of Fendawood. This is an excellent pedigree lineage of field trial champions.

As a young, fit and handsome dog, he is displaying great confidence and enthusiasm. He truly wants to please. He has a very honest, biddable nature and oozes style and personality. I just love his happiness! He is an absolute joy to work with. He has a high drive and an abundance of natural ability. I am so excited to see how he develops further as he matures. I am looking forward to competing in his first novice gundog working tests over the next few months and preparation is looking very promising.

Frankie is fully health tested and is genetically clear of hereditary conditions known to the breed. He has a clear eye certificate which was completed in February 2026. He has perfect hip scores 0-0 and perfect elbow scores 0-0. He sets a fine example of the breed.

Frankie will be available for stud very soon. As a young dog he is still a maiden, but his fertility test is excellent and we look forward to the prospect of him siring future litters.
