Brock is a medium sized black Labrador with a big personality. He is very calm, quiet and obedient in and around the home, yet has bags of energy when called upon to perform in the shooting field.
His eager to please temperament has made him a pleasure to train as he is never happier than when out retrieving, whether it be tennis balls in the park or out on the hill picking game.
As well as being the heart and soul of the picking up team Brock has had a very successful career in competition, both in working tests and field trials. Highlights include- novice field trial win, two open field trial wins and multiple awards in open field trials. He was also selected to run in the Scottish national gundog team for the past 3 seasons and in 2024 was awarded top retriever at the Scottish game fair.
