Axel is an excellent working dog, inherited from both his parents. He is also successful in the show ring having won Best Puppy in Breed at Manchester Ch Sh in January 2007.

Axel gained his Junior Warrant in October 2007.

Axel has had a very successful 2008 by gaining his Show Champion title from the following shows:

WA Champ Show (Carol Coode) - DCC and BIS
Border Union (Di Arrowsmith) - DCC and BOB
WCGB Champ Show (Pam Thompson) - DCC

Axel also won the RCC at Crufts 09!

He is a proven stud having sired several quality litters and is the proud sire to Sireva Sonata for Minstergate JW (Joint Top Puppy in the breed 2009, CC and RCC winner). He is also the sire to Sireva Firenza who has won BPIB awards and a CC at 13 months old!

Axel wins his 4th CC with BOB at Welsh Kennel Club 09

In October 2009, Axel gained his SGWC enabling him to become a FULL champion!

Axel picked up another RCC at Bath Champ show 2010.
