Mac (Kennel Club name "Pine Scot") is a gorgeous, handsome boy with slim body and big head. health checked and scored. Lovely nature, perfect with children. Protective but never aggressive. D.O.B 01/03/22. He is a lovely dark red: both parents and all four grandparents are fox red shade of yellow.
Mac is a carrier for MCD, meaning he should only be mated with a DNA-tested bitch who is not a carrier. The Kennel Club says of carrier dogs: "Breeding only from clear dogs can have a significant impact on genetic diversity within a breed, increasing inbreeding and therefore the likelihood of new inherited diseases emerging.
