I am a fully qualified and experienced Animal Ultrasound Technician. I have sat and passed both levels 1 & 2 in Animal Ultrasound. I scan on a full time basis for all breed types of Dogs and Cats.

I conduct all scans in the comfort of your home to minimise any stress to your bitch or queen (female cat). Each scan takes between 10 and 20 minutes and I will capture pictures from the scan images for you (which are provided free of charge).

I am based in Hayes in Middlesex however, I am mobile covering the following areas:

Ten years scanning and breeding experience trained to Level 1 and 2 with VIS. I offer a professional and friendly service using the latest CE Certified calibrated veterinary ultrasound machine that gives
a high resolution image and video, which can be emailed to you as a keepsake.

Ultrasound scanning will confirm pregnancy, estimate of litter size, estimated due date and if puppies are viable or there is a possible infection brewing where you will be referred to your vet. Ultrasound scanning is completely painless, no shaving is required and there is no risk to the mother, or the puppies. I can also scan well behaved cats.

Whether your bitches potential pregnancy was planned or an accident, it is always better to be armed with the knowledge that puppies are viable. A trained ultrasound technician will be able to point out heart beats and give you an estimated due date.

Ultrasound-
Ultrasounds at day 30-35 post breeding is a great diagnostic tool to confirm pregnancy. It can have the drawback of not being accurate to count, but can determine heartbeats and gestation. All images and videos are saved, but you are more than welcome to take your own. The ultrasound machine we use is the VIS ScanPad +. This is of a professional grade, with superior image quality, creating a beautiful experience to share with your pet.
