I was first involved with dogs at an early age, my mother having Golden Retrievers, I also spent time working at a Boarding Kennels in my school years, so when a job opportunity came to work abroad in Norway in the 1980's, it gave me my first experience of Lhasa Apso's, falling in love with the breed, meeting people like Jean Blyth and Ann Matthews, who visited the kennel of Tanac owned by Dag Lina and Sven Helgeson. After having my first Lhasa Apso in 1996, I have had success with my dogs in the Show World, having bred 8 Champions in the UK and made up Ch Jastina Trailblazer to Jalus ShCM who was bred by Chris Blaber. I also bred and exported a dog to South Africa, S/A Ch Jalus High Flyer who was a Champion at 2 years old and was Top Utility and 6th Top Dog 2008, Top Utility and 5th Top Dog 2009, Top Utility and Top Dog All Breeds 2010. My aims as a breeder, is to produce healthy puppies, close to the breed standard, with good temperaments and outgoing attitudes. Puppies are occasionally available to approved homes with help and advise always given.
