ASSURED BREEDER
We are a small show/breeding kennel situated on the northern edge of the Lake District National Park. Our dogs enjoy running, playing, and swimming in the surrounding countryside.
I have lived with dogs all my life, having my first 'very own' Labrador puppy for my ninth birthday, since then a Labrador has always been part of my family.
During this time I have been involved in Obedience Training and in 2009 began showing. Currently our dogs are all working towards bronze, silver or gold Kennel Club Citizenship Awards.
My daughter decided she would like a dog of her own and we chose a Beagle, I was so taken with these jolly little hounds that I had a pup too! Litter mates Maisie and Tess joined our household.
We decided to try our hand at showing, joined our local ring craft class and entered some local shows; enjoying enough success for the bug to well and truly bite. The rest as they say ' is history', showing has become part of our lives.
I am a Kennel Club Assured Breeder and Kennel Club Affiliate; breeding the occasional litter with a view to keeping a pup to show. All our dogs live with us in the house and puppies will be well socialised before going to their new homes. Full use is made of Health Screening Tests which are available.
