Silberliss Weimaraners

Silberliss Weimaraners is proud to be the home of The Weimaraner Club of Great Britain's 2021 "Top Stud Dog" (Cosmo) & "Top Brood Bitch" (Evie). This is a tremendous achievement that we are extremely honoured to have been awarded.

I have owned Weimaraners since 2000 and can attribute my love of this beautiful breed to my first dog Harvey 19/11/2000 - 18/01/2012. He was my best friend and loyal companion.

My dogs are health tested, have outstanding temperaments and make great companions & members of the family. I am based in rural Essex and we have an idyllic life together surrounded by beautiful countryside. They have been brought up with lots of other dogs and horses, and are well socialised and happy in any situation.

I ventured into the show ring for the first time in Oct 2012 with my beautiful boy, Cosmo (Int ShCh, NL, Lux & Bel CH Deifstock Dandee Red SHCM VW 18/02/2012), who came from the Deifstock Kennel in Norfolk - he took to the ring like a total professional & we have never looked back. I now show my dogs and handle dogs for other owners (Viszla, GSP & Longhair Weimaraner) all over Europe,

Evie (Int ShCh, NL & Lux CH Silvestre Last Tango with Silberliss JW 19/09/2014) who came to me from the Silvestre Kennel in Norfolk in November 2014 & has proved to be a very exciting member of the show team, winning in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Evie has also gained her International Show Champion, Dutch & Lux Champion titles.

Dora - Silberliss Summer of Love 10/06/2017, who is home bred & sired by Cosmo out of Evie. Dora has already been successful all over the UK & Europe, winning numerous Best Puppy awards & winning classes at Open, Championship & International shows. The highlight being her Best Junior win at the World Dog Show in 2018.

The latest addition is Ivy "Silberliss Solitaire" 10.02.2019 - already kicking off a very successful show career.

I have also completed my Kennel Club accredited judges seminars & exams and have begun my career as a Weimaraner breed specialist judge at Open show level.

My now "famous" Weimaraners were very lucky to get the opportunity to take part in a photo shoot for Harpers Bazaar with a "Bond Girl" towards the end of 2016 & appear in both The Times newspaper & Town and Country magazine, it was a thrill to also take the front cover & see my beautiful dogs in such prestigious publications, an experience I will never forget. More recently my dogs have also taken part in a photoshoot for Pro Plan dog food, a video shoot for "Hackett" Menswear & an advertising campaign in Hong Kong for a designer clothing label.

All litters will be produced following the strict guidelines within the Kennel Club Breeders' scheme, thus ensuring an excellent start to my puppies' & their new owners' lives together. Puppies will be wormed, micro-chipped and vet checked and will come with KC Registration, five generation pedigree, full puppy pack & supply of puppy food, as well as continued advice and support throughout the puppies' lives.

As a responsible & caring breeder I am fully committed to ensuring that incorrect and unrecognised "blue"-coated Weimaraners are excluded from the UK gene pool.

Before considering a Weimaraner I would strongly advise any prospective owner to research the breed, as they are indeed beautiful but not the right breed for everyone.
