We are a shooting family with several working dogs. We work them picking up during the shooting season, and in the off-season we take part in working tests with some success.
We only ever breed when we intend to keep a puppy, and only when we find the right match for one of our bitches. This means we are very choosy, in particular looking at health, temperament, and aptitude, when we select a sire for our litters.
Our dogs, whilst hard working members of the shoot team, are also members of our family. They live in the house, and so our dogs are growing up alongside our children, and now grandchildren, they are friendly and relaxed in company.
