After tragically losing my GWHP, I admired Hungarian Vizslak having seen them in my line of work as a vet. I got Henna, my first in early 2003 and have never looked back. We now have our fourth generation of Vizsla.
Our best known being one of few full champions in the breed, Ch Ulurudawn Cardinal Marker (Ruban) has five CCs and this year by gaining and award at a field trial he "upgraded" from Show Champion to full Champion.
Still excelling in the show ring, he most enjoys working on local shoots as a member of the picking up team. His mother Ulurudawn Clipper(Ochre) also has her stud book number like her son.
This gives them lifetime qualification for Crufts, but sadly Ruban is unable to go due to being legally docked for working.
In 2017, Ruban's daughter, Russetmantle Compass Rose of Ulurudawn joined the family and she also is proving herself in the ring. She was from the first litter bred by Sue Gottlieb, the daughter of the well known Vizsla guru, the late Gay Gottlieb. We were honoured to be asked to use Ruban as the stud on the first Russetmantle litter in many years.

Ruban (Ch.Ulurudawn Cardinal Marker) became a Show Champion in 2016 and now has attained 5 CC's, the last one awarded at the Hungarian Vizsla Society Championship Show in 2018 under Hungarian judge, Marian Gyfas.
He is proven at stud and had already produced some stunning offspring, two of whom are now Show Champions.
