I have had dogs for some fifty years and apart from a Great Dane being my first dog and then a dalmatian/lab cross. Since then I first had collie/spaniel and then pedigree collies, until I had Tasha my first Tibetan. They get on well and you make it work with different breeds. TT are for me so different from a collie.
Having a dog is all about making connections and enjoying your time together.
Tallis is totally different to her mum as Tasha is a larger dog and a different line to Tallis who took after her father who is small.
I have done agility and trained my own dogs. I believe what you put in to your friend is what you get out and they need boundaries and training. They are all different in how they act even within the same breed.
