'Orfhlaith' is Aoife's daughter and stayed with us from the mating of Aoife and Loki.

She has the kindest of natures and is a qualified Therapy Dog, she also loves Gundog training and has passed with flying colours The Gundog Club Grades 1 & 2 awards.

'Aoife' stayed with us from the repeat mating of Juno and Spinn in 2017.

Her first litter in February 2020 produced six stunning puppies both in looks and temperament. She proved to be a great mother and throughly enjoyed her new role. Her second litter with Loki had eight puppies including Orfhlaith who we kept. A wonderful litter who gave us much fun.

A beautiful girl who was the surprise of the litter having hidden from the scanner and arriving 2 hours after everyone else!

A mix of her grandmother and mother's characters. Life is definitely for living with her. Our first retriever who truly loves water and swims if given the opportunity!

Very sadly we had to say goodbye to Aoife in September 2024 after a very short and unexpected illness.

'Juno' is 'Flinty's' daughter and has given us two wonderful litters of puppies. She is now a great granny following Orfhlaith's first litter.

A very affectionate and sociable girl who still throughly enjoys going for walks and is a great lover of routine. She is a qualified Therapy Dog and has done one off and regular visits to a number of organisations. For her it is the best receiving and giving out cuddles.

'Flinty' lived at home with us and was very much part of the family. She had a litter in 2012 and passed on her lovely nature to her puppies.

A leaner and a talker but surprisingly for a Goldie not a swimmer! At her happiest surrounded by people who can give her a cuddle.

She sadly left us in 2017 to go over the Rainbow Bridge and is very much missed.

All our dogs are first and foremost family dogs and pets. Our first dog 'Poppy' was our introduction to having dogs in the family and a choice never regretted. She was followed by 'Flinty' who had a wonderful litter of seven in April 2012. This included her beautiful daughter 'Juno' who has had two litters with 'Spinn'. 'Aoife' is from this last litter and has followed in their footsteps showing the best attributes of the breed. She has given us the next generation of Kilimatindes with a litter of six with 'Elvis' in February 2020 and 'Loki' in 2022. We then kept Orfhlaith from the 2022 litter who is just delightful and a wonderful example of the breed..

Kilimatinde is a small village in Tanzania, roughly translated it means 'Buttermilk Hill'. This seemed a fitting name for our dogs given a family connection to Kilimatinde and the translation so appropriate for Golden Retrievers.
