I (Michael) have been Labrador Mad for as long as I can remember and I have had dogs, cats and small animals since I was born. When I was 16 I was given the opportunity to look after a family friends Golden Labrador who was going through hardship at the time. Lola came to me overweight and within a year and half of a diet and training she was by my side, always. She loved going down to the river, after I finished work, and getting filthy. She lost weight and was so much happier within herself. I trained her to walk off lead, she would stop at the curb until I told her to cross, she just didn’t want to go anywhere without me.

My partner (Faye) and I have a little girl, I am educated as a self taught engineer and Faye is educated in Accounts. Raising dogs is a family hobby and passion and we’re hoping our children will follow in our footsteps.

We do not work or show any of our dogs, although who knows what the future holds.
