Volpenera

Volpenera German Shepherds - we are based in Warwickshire England. I have owned German Shepherds since 2004 and was granted my breeders affix in February 2017. I am a registered veterinary nurse specialising in canine reproduction with over 15 years of experience in the industry.

I became involved with working line German Shepherd Dogs in 2014 and brought my first female Vytensa Gabbi (Geordie). Since then I have trained in the sport of IGP (formally known as IPO/Shutzhund). I am a member of the GSDL working dog branch and BAGSD.

I dedicate all of my spare time to the sport. Geordie is titled to IGP 3 and very happily retired. I now own a promising young female imported from Germany and a very talented young male GSD from a UK based kennel (Catello). I also train my Australian Cattle Dog for showing and sport.

I hope to breed the occasional litter of quality, working dogs with excellent health, temperaments and super working ability - to excel in any chosen role/sport or to be very active pets. Above all it is very important to me that they become life-long companions for their new owners/handlers.

I have now bred 5 operational police dogs 3 of whom are also now proven breeding stock for their forces and some of their offspring are now fully licensed police dogs.
