Our kennel name ‘Colocasia’ was derived from our beautiful golden girl ‘Taro’ (who was Miss Purple in her litter), named after the purple flower of Taro from the genus Colocasia that blooms across Southeast Asia. Our puppies will be raised in our family home with lots of socialisation and sensory stimulation for sights, sounds, smells and touch before they go to their carefully chosen forever homes.

We live on the outskirts of a very small rural village located on the edge of the Forest of Dean. Where we enjoy an active countryside lifestyle surrounded by animals and wildlife. Taro loves nothing more than running through the meadows chasing rabbits and squirrels. As a family we are keen campers and enjoy (dog friendly) beach holidays.
