I have had dogs for well over 50 years, owned a successful International Terrier Breeding & Show Kennels and have exported and sold my terriers all over The World and shown them all around Europe. I was briefly enticed into the "different" world of Racing Greyhounds and had immediate success with my first bitch and also with her one litter, but was very disillusioned with the antics that happen within the "sport".

I also owned a Professional Grooming Parlour and a Health & Fitness Studio for dogs.

With my formal training as a scientist, I researched feeding and nutrition as well as breeding problems and a multitude of other aspects of canine breeding, health and fitness issues, using in particular ovulation and pregnancy detection, magnetic field therapy treatment and treadmill training for both performance, as well as remedial and rehabilitation purposes.

I write articles for trade magazines, regional and national media and have now taken early retirement as I have a young family late in life, but still keen to help anyone in the canine world to the best of my ability with any problems that they may have.
