Devonelite River of Love

River is Brooke's daughter.
She is very confident and full of herself. She has Brooke's temperment and is very very loving.
River has done well in the show ring being awarded Best Puppy In Breed awards. She has excellent conformation and moves like a dream. River's next love is in the field, where she is already advancing quickly. At her gundog training class she progressed from dummy to birds in a matter of 8 weeks much to the amazement of the trainers who thought a show labrador couldn't work!!!
River is a clown and also probably the Peter Pan of the dog world as she refuses to accept she is no longer a puppy and should not be bouncing and landing at chest height on people!!!

River passed her Pets As Therapy test at the age of 6 months. River has unofficially been visiting the residential home since she was 16 weeks old where she was a natural, standing on the wheels of the wheelchairs to reach the occupants and standing on beds with patients covered in tubes etc. This mad monster of a dog is soooooo calm at the residential home and I am proud to say she's mine.

I am so pleased with River she seems to have it all looks, temperment, and excellent working ability whether it be in the ring, in the field or most important bringing smiles to the faces of the sick and eldery in hospitals and residential homes.

River now resides with Nigel and Monique locally. They own a holiday park where River has acres to run around in and her own river where she loves to swim. Out of season she even has her own swimming pool. being a holiday park there are lots of visitors and loads of hustle and bustle.
