Trader currently has 1CC and 2RCCs plus many BOBs at open shows.He is a lovely boy to live with, always smiling.Although not used extensively at stud, he has produced quality offspring including several Championship show Best Puppy winners, 3 of his daughters have already won RCCs and from 2005-2007, the junior bitch class at Crufts has been won by a Trader daughter.His son,Blacktoft Stray Cat Strut with Ghilgrange won RCC and RBIS at the Flatcoated Retriever Society show 2008.Trader made his first show appearance of 2007 at NEFRA breed club open show where he won veteran dog and best veteran in show.In 2008, he won veteran dog at FRCS championship show but sister Summer beat him to the top award.He took his revenge a few weeks later by winning Best In Show at Tay Valley Gundog Club.
