Alfie won the Dog CC at Birmingham National under judge Mrs Elina Tan-Hietalahti (Finland) on 10th May 2007 at just over 13 months. On 23rd July at Leeds Championship Show, Alfie completed the points for his Junior Warrant by winning the junior class, not content with this, he went on to win the Dog CC and Best of Breed, many thanks to judge Robin Newhouse. He gained his third and crowning CC at Darlington on 16th September 2007 again with Best of Breed under judge Steve Hall, all at just 17 months old.
Alfie won Best of Breed at Working and Pastoral Breeds of Scotland on 3rd November 2007 and went on to take Pastoral Group 4.
