This is the star of the house out of our first ever litter Purdy was destined to go to Scotland when that fell through we decided to keep her,boy was that a good decision.At her first open show at 6mths she won reserve best puppy in show and never looked back since ,Many other wins followed this including RBPIS at Leek Agricultural Society where her mom got B.I .S. ! At Crufts 2004 from junior bitch she got her first C.C what a day never to be forgotton her mom Indie came 2nd in mid limit also.She gained her 2nd C.C at Three Counties 06 and her third and all important one at National Gundog 06 to become our first homebred show champion.Purdy ended the year with Best in Show at the GSPA open show in October before maternal duties were called upon which resulted in us keeping a bitch ,we have called her Tweed here's hoping she follows in her mom and dad's paw prints! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Purdy as started 2007 well gaining BIS at two Open shows ,a 2nd in open bitch followed at Welks champ show and at Bath Champ show won the RCC under zena thorne andrews and on the 10th June she got her 4th CC at the GSPC Champ show and went on to get B.I.S under breed specialist Mrs Sue Harris. Purdy is on a roll at the moment gaining her 5th C.C at National Gundog Champ Show on 4th August under Stevie Allerton then went on to get Best Of Breed as well! After a break to holiday in the lake district we went to Stafford Open show where Purdy got best of breed and gundog group 2 ,gaining her final group points to be awarded her Show Certificate Of Merit.At Gundog Society Of Wales Champ Show we were awarded our 4th reserve C.C under judge Mrs J.Ward and in the same week she gets Best in Breed, the Gundog Group and Best in Show at the Birmingham & District Gundog &Terrier Club Open Show. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx WOW!!!!! What a way to start 2008,Purdy gains the reserve C.C. at Manchester Champ Show under Doreen Hardie.At Crufts we had a brilliant day as purdy's daughter gains 4th in junior bitch ,her son gains v.h.c in junior dog, their daddy wins open dog,then Purdy wins open bitch and gains the reserve Challenge Certificate under judge Mrs.R uby Field WOW! We are on a roll at the moment as Purdy has just won Best in Show under Mrs.Julia Thomas at the GSP Club open show on 20th April .WOW!!!The winning streak continues as Purdy has just gained her 6th C.C.at the Birmingham National Champ show & Best of Breed!under judge Mr.M.Ryan.2 more reserve c.c's were gained under Mr.K.Groom at Bournmouth and the other at Scotland under Mrs.A.Stammer . xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Watch this space as a litter is planned, yet to be confirmed in welp between Purdy and Jack (Sh.Ch.Isara Kurzhaar Innkeeper At Katelands Sh C OF M)
