Bluebird has been Optigen tested for PRA and is a "B".
My beautiful Bluebird has sadly been prematurely "retired" from her budding show career in France. She lacks 6 pre-molars which, essentially, precludes her from shows as the French judges not only check for the correct scissor bite (which she has) but also COUNT teeth!
It is also likely that she will not be confirmed as conforming to breed standard in France as a result of the missing premolars and, therefore, will be unable to be part of any breeding plans we may have hoped for which is a bitter blow to our future plans.
She is a fabulous dog to have around, very loving and has taken to the new pup, Carys, like a Mum to a daughter, which is lovely to see. The two black girls together, best pals.
