Mia came to us in May 2006 from Phil & Gary Hatter when she was 2 years old. Due to extra work commitments they were unable to put the time in to show her.
Mia went into a couple of shows but we soon realised she simply wasnt cut out for the show ring and found the whole thing a bit stressfull although she is more than happy to go to a show to watch from the sidelines and enjoys her day out.
Sadly in Oct 2006 she developed Pyometra and had to be spayed. This of course was a great shame to our future breeding plans as she is such a stunning bitch along with her gorgeous solid red colouring.
Thankfully she pulled through which of course is the most important thing and has made a full recovery. We have been through a lot with Mia in the short time we have had her, she is my very special girl and I have a very deep bond with her, she is a once in a lifetime dog.
