ALCHERA SUNDANCE KID - Sonny. BEST PUPPY IN BREED AT CRUFTS 2006 - Judge Miss Jean Lanning
Named in honour of my father, sired by Oliver, Alchera It Wasn't Me, dam Style, Enydelet Steppin Out in Style for Alchera.
Sonny has only been shown 4-5 times and has been placed on each occasion but in March 2006 Miss Jean Lanning, International Breed Specialist gave him BEST SPECIAL PUPPY DOG and then BEST PUPPY IN BREED at CRUFTS, an overwhelming moment for me as Oliver had won Best Special Puppy Dog in 2004 at Crufts. Miss Lanning judged with a kindness and understanding for the youngsters at this huge venue but she was very intent on the exhibits movement and Sonny excels in this department, he is a descendent of Ch Sound of Tomdoon JW and the famous Am Ch JAMES TAYLOR who has World wide recognition. As you might imagine, I am extremely proud of Sonny and very grateful to both Oliver and Style for producing such a wonderful young man. My sincere thanks to Miss Jean Lanning for making the moment so wonderful and to fellow exhibitors and friends for their congratulations. Particularly to Victoria, Sue and Ian, who without their nagging I might not have entered or taken Sonny to the show.
