Lacey was our first English Springer Spaniel and the reason why our love of springers began!
She opened up a whole new world for us of doggy delights!
She came from working gun dog parents and her pedigree shows in the background, the trialling names that we have come to know..
She had a litter of 6 chunky solid and sound pups, when she was put to Field Trial Winner ' Catleylane Ghost of Badgercourt 'and we kept her first born- Torwind Whistle, who you can see on our other pages.
The next generation from her side was produced when Whistle went onto become our stud dog and who has sired thirteen litters to date .
His black and White sister from the same litter 'Torwind's Amazing Grace' also had a litter and so Lacey's name carries on..
She was the reason we do what we do...
As our first lady, she will always have a special place in our hearts...
